It has taken some bravery on my part to announce to the world who I am and how I can help, but here it is! My goal is to share my God/Source given gifts and do the amazing work of helping others heal mind, body and soul. Life force energy is real and something we can work with to create healing of the mind, body and spirit. This event kicked off a journey into discovering energy healing in the form of Aka Dua, Reiki, QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy) which in turn cemented my understanding and belief that the mind is a powerful tool and that we all have the ability to heal within each of us. However, it was not until my spontaneous awakening and Kundalini activation in 2018 that I started to be able to step into my gifts fully. I should also mention that at various times in my life I have communicated with those who have passed and had premonitions since childhood of events that came to pass. There was just something to this and I couldn't put my finger on it. I re-read this book two more times over the years when it called to me. I went on living a normal life for the next 20 plus years work, marriage, and raising my son.
